We reserve the right to cancel orders due to system errors or knowingly incorrect prices, or due to special reasons for out of stock.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
When shipped outside the UAE, Coolbabymalls.com items may be subject to import duties and taxes. Coolbabymalls.com does not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. These costs will be invoiced by the shipping carrier upon delivery of your items and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Duty and tax rates vary from country to country, and also depend on the items that are being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. COD service is currently available only for UAE.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Coolbabymalls.com insures every purchase during its time en-route to you, from the moment it leaves the warehouse until the moment it’s delivered to your door. We require a signature for all delivered goods; once you’ve signed for your items, we are no longer responsible for them. If you’ve specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery (for example if the item is a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by the named recipient (or addressee) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Coolbabymalls.com
We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of receiving your order, Saturday to Thursday. All delivery times referred to above are estimates only, and we do not accept any liability for failure to deliver items within the stated delivery period.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return Fee will be charged.
To start a return, you can contact us at medicalonlinesupplier@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Generally, our online receiving bank will return your payment to your payment bank card within 7 days.
