DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Coolbabymalls.com insures every purchase during its time en-route to you, from the moment it leaves the warehouse until the moment it’s delivered to your door. We require a signature for all delivered goods; once you’ve signed for your items, we are no longer responsible for them. We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of receiving your order, Saturday to Thursday. All delivery times referred to above are estimates only, and we do not accept any liability for failure to deliver items within the stated delivery period.
Return
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return Fee will be charged.

Damages and issues

Refunds
